All dahlias have been grown with care on our farm in Manawatu

You will receive a tuber that is of a quality that we would be happy to receive ourselves- all tubers have been checked for visible eyes when dividing, and only those with visible eyes have been put up for sale. The eyes may shrink over winter and become more difficult to see, but rest assured we have checked them meticulously. Tubers come in all shapes and sizes, some may be plump and some may be slightly wrinkled. Tubers have been dipped in cinnamon- a natural anti-fungal

IDENTIFYING YOUR DAHLIAS

We use a numbering system unique to our farm to quickly identify varieties- this number is written in the title of the product listing and will be stamped on your tuber. It will also be available in your email confirmation, and packing slip for future reference. 

SHIPPING

We can only ship to New Zealand addresses 

Please ensure you select RURAL shipping option if required, to avoid shipping delays.

Sorry we cannot offer combined shipping for multiple orders due to the large amount of orders we are expecting and the admin time it takes to sort through these

CARE

Once tubers are received, it is the customers responsibility to care for it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving if you have an issue. Due to the nature of being a living product, we do not refund or replace tubers that fail to grow as growing and storage conditions are beyond our control 

REFUNDS

Whilst we do our best to intend to supply all orders, if any tubers are not up to quality once shipping commences, we will refund you before your order is shipped.
