ABOUT SHANGRI-LA FLORA

Shangri-La Flora is a family run farm in the stunning Pohangina Valley, Manawatu.

Shangri-La Flora begun when Sandra and her daughter Kelly wanted to have a go at planting a flower field. One field soon became 2, then 3... and now we have over 1000 peony plants, as well as a large range of annual flowers. 

Nestled at the bottom of the Ruahine Ranges, our farm produces a large range of fresh hand-picked flowers for the local and national wholesale market 

This year we are also working on growing out a large range of dahlia tubers which will be available in the winter of 2026
